The pneumatic packaging system R6 Vario is optimized for all kinds of cutlery and kitchen accessories, tools, toys, floormats or cleaning towels. They are fixed with a header card using unique Elastic Staples. They replace customer- and environment-unfriendly blister, skin, poly bag or cable/ twist tie packaging with easy to remove and elastic plastic fasteners. This ready-to-use table-top machine is very space efficient. The actuation of the fastening process is done via foot triggers or two hand actuation. The Elastic Staple Fasteners are applied to the point by one Variable Needle System (VNS).
